Q: How much is postage?
A: We charge a flat rate of $9.90 within Australia (Australia Post Express Post delivery which includes online tracking and email updates)
Q: Do you post internationally?
A: Yes we do, simply check out as normal and the system will automatically calculate postage based on your location. Please note you are responsible for any extra charges (Customs duties, VAT, GST etc) that your government may charge when the parcel arrives in your country.
Q: What is the difference between your remote controls and a cheaper alternative?
A: Our remote controls are directly from the manufacturer (Genuine / Original), this means it is the same remote that was supplied to you when you bought your product (TVs, Air-conditioners, etc.). We also have good replacement options for remotes that are no longer available.
Q: What is your return policy? Do you offer returns if the new remote control doesn’t work?
A: Yes, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Simply send us an email to email@example.com and return the remote control to us, the remote control must be returned as new, not broken or damaged and returned with all packaging as we supplied it including the copy of your Tax Invoice. Please note postage is non-refundable. We will test the remote control on return, if at fault we will send a new remote control to you, if not at fault a service fee of $22 will be deducted from the purchase price and the remainder refunded back to you.
Q: What if I order by mistake? Can I return for an exchange?
A: If you do make a mistake yes, we can help, simply send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the correct Brand and Model that you need a remote control for. We will check for you and advise the correct remote control to purchase. Once purchased the incorrect remote control must be returned as new, not broken or damaged and returned with all packaging as we supplied it including the copy of your Tax Invoice. A refund of the purchase price less any merchant fee will be given in 5 – 7 days. Postage is not refundable.
Q: I have ordered and paid for a remote, but no longer require it, I have fixed my old remote control / or have found my old remote control, can I cancel my order and get a full refund?
A: Unfortunately, once an order is placed and paid for, it can not be changed or cancelled, however, you may return it for a partial refund, simply send back with a copy of your Tax Invoice. Postage is not refundable. Once received we will refund the purchase price minus a $22 Inspection / Handling / Restocking fee back to you.

Q: Do you stock remote controls for products other than Televisions?
A: Yes, certainly, we stock remote controls not only for TV but also for Air Conditioners, Blu-Ray Disc Players, BD Recorders, DVD Players, DVD Recorders, Home Theatre Systems, Audio Systems, DVR, PRV, HDD, STB, Set Top Boxes, Amplifiers and Video Cassette Recorders (VCRs), if you need a remote control, just email us the brand and model of the device to email@example.com and we will see if we can help.
Q: Do you have a shop / store or allow pickup rather than postage?
A: Yes, certainly, we opened in 1989 pick up is more than welcome, we accept Cash, EFTpos, Mastercard or VISA in store.
